Institut Marquès has hosted a new live concert for embryos at its laboratories. The Irish Sharon Corr is one of the international artists that have performed exclusively for our “little patients”, with the goal of improving their embryonic development.
Further research needed: Non-invasive chromosome analysis of embryos is still an unreliable technique. Embryonic DNA is required for this analysis. This is obtained from the biopsy of one or a few cells from these embryos, extracting them from inside the embryo for their analysis. According to some authors, the invasive nature of the biopsy may affect the ability of these biopsied embryos to succeed. Read more
